After graduating from Tisch School of The Arts at New York University, and in between stints as a touring musician, Daniel Brown began Editing as an assistant editor at some of the most established commercial editing firms in New York. Daniel leanred the craft of editing from very experienced film editors and his career began at an exciting time when the technology of nonlinear editing was just starting to emerge as the new industry standard. Following his work in award winning Documentaries, Daniel made the move to Los Angeles and has now cut non-fiction television, feature length documentaries and perhaps his true calling - lots of comedy television. The varied experience has taught Daniel to respect and fully utilize the pure rhythmic elements of cinema - pictures, performances and sounds - captured, reorganzied, and meticulously nuanced. His work draws upon a diverse palate of tempos and tonalities. "I lend my aesthetic sensibility to the vision of every project with the goal of realizing well-crafted onscreen characters and compelling narrative and compositional structures." Daniel is proficient in Avid, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro 7.

Growing up in New York, Tim Silano wanted to be a journalist. But while attending Pepperdine University in Malibu, Tim was able to work with noted filmmaker Robert Greenwald and a passion for film editing was born. Quickly joining the Editors Guild, Silano worked for John Hughes on a number of projects, first as an assistant then as an additional and associate editor on films such as Mrs. Doubtfire and Apollo 13. A consummate professional with a keen eye for storytelling, Silano has been a collborator with noted filmmakers Roland Joffe, Norman Jewison and Paul Schrader. Based in Los Angeles, Tim is happy to travel anywhere.
